Madison County Schools are closed on Friday, March 3, 2023 due to the impending severe weather potential.
The school system released this information on their official Facebook page:
"Tomorrow’s weather forecast calls for heavy rain in the early morning and dangerously high winds in the afternoon across much of Kentucky. The times that this weather will pass through Madison County is predicted to interfere with both morning and afternoon transportation. Out of an abundance of caution, we have decided to utilize NTI Day 3 on Friday, March 3."
