This update about the closure of Madison County Schools due to COVID-19 virus concerns was released on their Facebook page:
Gov. Beshear announced this evening that Kentucky schools will be shut down until April 20. This means Madison County Schools will not be in session until after April 20. Online learning will continue until that time with the exception of Spring Break, April 6-10. We will continue with NTI work next week. Also announced today, Kentucky will NOT conduct its annual spring assessment (KPREP). More update information will be available to students, staff, and our community on Monday. Have a great weekend!
