* WHAT...Very cold wind chills expected. Wind chills as low as
10 to 12 below zero.
* WHERE...Portions of east central, north central and south
central Kentucky.
* WHEN...From 6 PM EST /5 PM CST/ this evening to 10 AM EST /9
AM CST/ Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills can result in hypothermia if
precautions are not taken.
